Whenever I get into conversations about the intense love/hate people have for Sex and the City, I tend to lean towards the hate side (despite having seen every episode). Why? The series finale. Where, in this scene, Carrie finds a lost necklace — and also finds herself.
Because, oh, it’s not just a lost necklace: it’s her lost necklace that spells out her name. That’s right. SHE LOST HER CARRIE NECKLACE, AND FELT LIKE SHE LOST HERSELF.
